Gentry’s MMA & Fitness’ own, Colin Moran wins Silver at the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Vegas Open.
This guy has been on a tear after getting his brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu only six short weeks ago. Colin was promoted by the legendary Romero “Jacare” Cavalcanti.
First he win’s Bronze at IBJJF Pan’s and now this. Colin is definitely strong and athletic but, what sets him apart is his attention to detail and ability to incorporate new Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques in his game within a very short period of time.
I see Colin only growing as a BJJ athlete and look forward to seeing the results he gets from the IBJJF World Championships next month.
Right now Colin is teaching the noon Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes at Gentry’s MMA & Fitness in Lawrenceville. When we move to Buford, he will be teaching the AM BJJ classes along with some GFX and Cardio Boxing classes. Not only is Colin great at BJJ but, he’s a certified personal trainer and an elite level Triathlete. Colin has run 4 Ironman series half-Iron Man’s and is a level 3 cyclist coach. Colin works with athletes from various sports helping them develop strength, power, speed and agility specific to their sport. Colin is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. You can tell by all the Tupperware full off healthy food in his bag. ha ha ha… but seriously. The dude is the healthiest eater I’ve met.
In addition to teaching his regular classes, Colin offers private lessons in the afternoon and evenings at Gentry’s MMA & Fitness and will be available at additional times once we move. He offers individual and package deals in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Fitness. Give us a call at 770.277.8741 to set one up.
