Once you know that your weight is all set and your division is about to go, open your lungs.  Doing some jumping jacks doesn’t prepare your lungs for a match.  I suggest doing a few short burst sprints to get everything up to speed.  Don’t overdo it though.  You may have a bunch of matches so, you don’t want to burn yourself out.

Lastly, when competing make sure you look at the ref to make sure you got your points before moving to the next position.
