New Gentry’s MMA & Fitness Classes Schedule – Nov 4, 2013

We are bringing you more Fitness Classes as of Nov 4, 2013.

All of the adult martial arts classes are remaining the same. The Children’s Martial Arts Classes are also remaining the same.

However, the Fitness Classes are expanding quite a bit.  We are adding a Cardio Kickboxing Classes on Mon and Wed at noon and 5:30.  We are also adding Cardio Kickboxing Classes on Tues and Thurs at 2:30.

As things continue to grow so, will the classes.  We are really excited about the Fitness Classes we have planned for Jan 2014.  Keep your ear close to the ground.  You never know when the secret will slip.
