AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge Update- Entering Phase 2

It is now day 10 of the 24 Day Challenge by AdvoCare. I hope you are all feeling the positive effects of the Cleanse Phase! If you can recall, the purpose of the Cleanse Phase was to “cleanse” the body of toxins and prepare it for optimal nutrient absorption. Now that the body is prepared for optimal nutrient absorption, it is time to transition into the next phase of the 24 Day Challenge.

The next phase is called the Max Phase. The duration of the this phase is 14 days. During this phase, you will be taking 3 supplements as well as following the nutrition guidelines outlined by AdvoCare. The purpose of the Max Phase is fuel the body in order to maximize results (hence “Max” Phase).

Supplements you will be using-

>>Metabolic Nutrition System (MNS)- You can choose from 3 Metabolic Nutrition Systems. Each provide you with sustained energy, core nutrition, and appetite control. MNS 3 has a lower level of caffeine whereas MNS C provides you with higher appetite control and MNS E provides you with higher energy. For a balance of the three, MNS 3 is recommended.

>>Meal Replacement Shake- These meal replacement shakes contain a combination of protein, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. The shakes only contain 220 calories and each serving contains 24g protein, 24g carbs, and 5g of dietary fiber. The Meal Replacement Shakes are an excellent alternative to high-calorie foods!

>>AdvoCare Spark- You may remember this supplement from the Cleanse Phase. It is an energy drink mix (sugar-free). The goal of this energy drink is to provide you with enhanced focus and sustainable energy without the jittery feeling often associated with energy drinks. It contains many vitamins and minerals that allow the body to naturally produce and sustain energy levels.
